Hearts For Humanity Bay Area knows that our strength lies not only in the words we stand by but, most notably, through the actions of our initiatives. We are a community outreach program to help displaced folks transition to productive society members. We provide weekly meals, hygiene kits, and essentials to make a deep connection and provide support and resources for them to transition off the streets.
